Windows 10 intermec scanner install
Windows 10 has an issue connecting to the intermec scanners. It will not connect to let you copy files over. Here's the fix:
1. Download this driver for Windows Mobile Device Center and run as admin

2. Go into services and stop these two processes. Right click > properties on each one
3. Go to log on and change both to local system account
4. Start the windows mobile 2003 service and restart the windows mobile based device connectivity service.
5. Run Windows Mobile Device Center again and the device should connect.
