First, make sure the email addresses are correct in dynamics.


Cards -> Sales -> Customer 

Enter in the Customer ID

Check the value of the Bill To field

Click on the globe beside Address ID



Under Internet Information, enter in the email address on the appropriate bill to value.  So if Bill To is set to Ship To, navigate to Ship To in Address ID using the arrows.  You want to enter the email in where it says E-mail.

Once done, save and log on to trop-termsrv2.

Navigate to Liaison. Click on properties.


Click on Customers and Select Add



Click Proceed on the next screen.



Once done click Close and hit yes to start Liaison again.  It should be updated now.



To verify that it has been updated: 


Click Customers > Click Locate instead of Add





Enter in Customer Number in Recipient Key



Verify the email address in the top right under E-mail Address (not the one beside invoices)

Make sure Preference is set to Default

Make sure Invoices is to E-mailed if you want it to be emailed

Click Save and close out until you get back to start up Liaison again
