Check to see if anything is locking up dynamics
Login to GPSQL2 as admin -> Server Management Studio -> Login as SA
Databases -> TROP -> Right Click -> Reports -> All blocking transactions
Click the plus sign to expand, look for username
Sign them out of the server or dynamics (see below for dynamics)
If you don't see a username, do the following:
Go to Activity Monitor in SQL Server Management.
Sort by blocked by > Find the session ID and kill the process
Log a user out of dynamics
Login as SA
Dynamics GP Dropdown > Tools > Utilities > System > User Activity
Highlight them and delete
