How to Reset VM Password (Charlotte)
Plug in and turn on the laptop in the closet of Greg H. office
Open the CoSession Application from the desktop
Click on Call and wait for it to connect
Press F2 key and enter ID 9612 press Enter
Enter Security Code 0852, press Enter (or IT Director's VM Password)
Press F6 once
Press CTRL + J keys to Jump
Press Tab key to enter Extension # Press Enter
Tab to access Field then CTRL + E + A
Default Voicemail Code is 0327
How to change an extensions display name (Charlotte)
From the station you wish to change the name hit feature + 4 and record “TEL” number.
Hit Feature #0*8974 to enter programming mode
Hit the line 4 button at the top of the phone
Type 18
Use * to move all the way to the left and type in TEL number recorded
If you wish to clear the name completely hit “HOLD”
Type name of person at the extension
Save by hitting “TRANSFER” and ended the session
