Proof of Delivery – Not downloading to Shared Drive

The Proof of Delivery forms from all the OC’s download automatically to the G:\NEWPublic\Proof of Delivery folder. If there is an issue with missing days or there are no current POD’s in the folder do the following to resolve.

  1. Log into Trop-GPTerm40 as Administrator

  2. Check to see if there is an Error on Outlook 2013 (should be open and on the screen)

  3. Restart Outlook and make sure everything comes up correctly and there are current emails in the In Box.

  4. In Outlook Click File then Click Manage Rules and Alerts

 

5.  On the Rules and Alerts window click Run Rules Now… it can take a while but the missing POD’s will begin to show on the shared drive. That’s it… your done. 

6.  Verify new POD's are populating on the Shared drive
